Scott has been an integral part of Meridian Medical Massage for nearly a decade. His journey with us began during a pivotal ownership transition, where he stepped in to offer office support and quickly became an essential part of our growth. Since then, Scott has played a key role in two major remodels—first by helping us expand with an additional treatment room, and most recently by guiding the buildout of another room and a dedicated break space to better serve our team.

 

With over 20 years of leadership experience in the construction industry, including managing teams of 100+ on multi-million-dollar projects, Scott made the bold decision in 2024 to leave his full-time career as a construction superintendent and fully commit to Meridian Medical Massage as our Chief Financial Officer.

​

In his role as CFO, Scott oversees all financials and accounts receivable, bringing a strategic, grounded approach to the business side of our clinic. He works closely with our co-owner, Jessica, to streamline operations, strengthen our foundation, and ensure long-term stability for both our team and our clients.

​

Beyond his professional contributions, Scott is a proud father of four and the supportive husband of Jessica, whose compassion and drive are at the heart of our mission. His steady leadership, deep integrity, and commitment to creating a workplace where people can thrive make him an invaluable part of the Meridian Medical Massage family.

Ali is the heart behind so much of what happens at Meridian Medical Massage. As our Office Manager, she helps keep the many moving pieces of our busy clinic organized, supported, and running smoothly—and in a very short amount of time, she has become someone we truly cannot imagine Meridian without.

​

While patients may know Ali as the friendly voice on the phone or the smiling face greeting them when they walk through our doors, her role extends far beyond the front desk. She helps oversee the daily operations of the clinic, supports our therapists and front desk team, manages schedules and patient needs, problem-solves the countless things that arise throughout a busy day, and helps make sure both our patients and our team feel cared for.

Ali has an incredible ability to balance efficiency with genuine compassion. She is organized, dependable, thoughtful, and always willing to jump in wherever she is needed. Her bubbly personality and warm energy make people feel comfortable almost immediately, but underneath that fun personality is someone who takes tremendous pride in her work and genuinely cares about doing things well.

One of the things we appreciate most about Ali is the way she represents the heart of Meridian. Ali was born and raised in Tacoma and has proudly called the Puyallup area home for more than 30 years. Her heart for helping others extends well beyond the clinic. She met her husband while the two were volunteering with the Orting Fire Department, beginning their relationship through a shared passion for serving their community. She also dedicates her time to local animal rescue PACK, combining her love for animals with her natural desire to care for those around her.

Today, Ali lives in downtown Puyallup with her husband and their three dogs. When she isn’t keeping all of us organized at Meridian, she loves staying active, spending time outdoors, and enjoying everything the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Ellie is our evening receptionist and one of the friendly faces helping keep Meridian Medical Massage running smoothly each day. As the voice on the other end of the phone and often the first face our evening patients see when they walk through the door, she plays such an important role in making our clinic feel welcoming, organized, and cared for—and we couldn’t be prouder to have her representing Meridian.

​

A true small-town girl at heart, Ellie loves hunting, the outdoors, spending time with the people she loves, and creating things with her hands. She is also a small-business owner herself and the talent behind Ellie’s Fireside Candle Co., creating the handmade candles you’ll find throughout our clinic and available for purchase at the front desk. We love being able to support something she has built herself, and our clinic definitely smells better because of her!

Ellie recently got engaged to her fiancé, and our entire Meridian family is so excited for this next chapter of their lives together.

​

Since joining our team, Ellie has become such an important part of the day-to-day heartbeat of the clinic. There is so much that happens behind the scenes to keep a busy practice moving—answering phones, helping patients navigate scheduling, taking payments, communicating with therapists, keeping things organized, solving the little problems that pop up throughout the day, and making sure patients feel taken care of from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. Ellie handles it all with kindness, thoughtfulness, and a willingness to help wherever she is needed.
